Qualifications:
-Basic computer skills
-Type at least 30-35 words per minute; 4500-5000 keystrokes per hour on 10 key
-At least 3-6 months of customer service experience with the general public
-Basic map reading skills
-Professional communication/verbal skills
-Attendance and Punctuality
-Good attitude
