Texas811 has a team dedicated to supporting our members and their one-call needs.
Stakeholder Support assists utility members with one-call questions, concerns, and changes. They are available to assist utility members Monday through Friday 8am-5pm and can be reached after hours for emergencies. Typical issues include, but are not limited to, updating utility member mapping, questions about a specific ticket, updating contact information, billing or ticket receiving sites.
